Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product/s when they arrive you can return them in good condition, unopened with any seals intact and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item excluding any additional delivery charge paid.

Please note, all return postage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.
If you would like a refund or exchange please email bonhomie@bonhomie.biz for a returns form, (RMA) quoting your order number.
 
Upon delivery please do check all goods for damage or any missing items and notify Bonhomie immediately if there is a problem.  (Please email bonhomie@bonhomie.biz as this is the most effective and efficient  means of contact, (Please email the detail of any missing items and/or breakages etc .  If there is no response within 2 working hours to the email  then please Skype : BonhomieBiz or call us direct) Damaged or missing items signed for in "good condition" will not be liable for return or refund.  A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference code  is all that is required for you to return goods to us. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us (including the completed returns form), at your expense, unused and in the same condition that you received them in.
 
Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge) within 30 days.
 
You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods.
 
If you would like to exchange to a higher priced item we will ask your agreement to take payment for the difference, and if the exchange is for a lower priced item the difference will be refunded to you.
 
In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered to you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
